You can register by clicking on "Sign Up" on any iTrends page on the app or the website

Why cannot I receive the Email verification code?

In case you have not received the email verification code, please check the "SPAM" section of your email provider as sometimes, the email providers label verification email as SPAM especially for the first time users.

Why cannot I receive the SMS verification code?

In case you have received the SMS verification code, please check the phone number you entered and ensure that you added your country code e.g +256 for Uganda.

What can I do if my account was deactivated?
